Instructions for Authors
Journal of Accounting, Finance and Management Innovation (JAFMI) invites authors to submit manuscripts that contribute to the fields of accounting, finance, and management innovation. To ensure a smooth review process, authors are requested to follow these guidelines strictly.
1. General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original, have not been published previously, and are not currently under consideration by another journal.
- The language of the journal is English. Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English.
- Submissions must be made through the JAFMI Online Submission System.
- The similarity index (Plagiarism check) must be below 20% (excluding references).
2. Manuscript Categories
JAFMI accepts the following types of manuscripts:
- Original Research Articles: Full-length reports of innovative research.
- Conceptual Papers: Articles that develop new theories or frameworks.
- Case Studies: In-depth analysis of specific organizational or financial contexts.
- Systematic Literature Reviews: Comprehensive reviews of existing literature in relevant fields.
3. Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should generally follow the IMRaD structure (Introduction, Method, Result, and Discussion):
- Title: Concise and informative (max 15 words).
- Abstract: A single paragraph (200-250 words) summarizing the background, objective, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords for indexing purposes.
- Introduction: State the background, research gap, and objectives clearly.
- Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection, and analysis techniques.
- Results and Discussion: Present findings clearly and discuss their implications in relation to previous research.
- Conclusion: Summary of findings, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
- References: Use APA Style (7th Edition) for citations and references.
4. Ethical Standards
JAFMI upholds high ethical standards. Authors must ensure:
- Proper acknowledgment of sources and contributors.
- Disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest.
- Compliance with ethical guidelines for research involving human subjects (if applicable).
5. Article Processing Charges (APCs)
In accordance with JAFMI's commitment to open access and academic development, there are no submission or publication fees (Rp. 0) for any manuscript.
